Information for disabled guests - we have 5 ground floor rooms, that you can park outside to unload. Generally there is one small step to enter the room. Two rooms have walk in shower rooms Each room has an outside light and there is overall good outside lighting. There is 2 steps into the farmhouse then it is level. Breakfast can be bought to you as room service, if easier for you. Any special requests please let me know
Cancellation In the event of a cancellation (this also includes one member of a party canceling) please advise us immediately, we will make every attempt to re-let the room and return the deposit less a handling charge of £20 per room. Should we be unable to re-let the room you will then be charged for 2/3 of the total cost, plus any expenses already incurred e.g. food purchased prior to a cancelled booking. If a member of a party cancels and they have booked a double room, the room will then be charged at the single occupancy rate e.g. room rate of £70 for one nights B&B less £10 = £60.
