As food is one of my favourite topics , here is the brownie recipe I use to welcome the guests with, it is based on Nigella Lawsons recipe.
- 350g 70% dark chocolate
- 500g granulated sugar
- 365g salted butter
- 225g plain flour
- 6 large eggs
Heat the butter and chocolate together until melted , allow to coolWhisk the eggs and sugar together until it looks light and fluffy, add the butter /chocolate mix to the eggs and sugar. Carefully mix together and add the flour and mix.
Pour the mixture into a deep tray (mine is about 2’’ deep), cook at 150c for about 25 mins
It is ready when the top of the brownie has started to crack around the edges.
So there you have it, the famous Chocolate Brownies!
