Cropvale Farm is 1/2 mile along Smokey Lane on the right.

From Evesham direction:

Follow the B4084 towards Pershore  for approximately 3 miles. You will see  a large’ Cropthorne ‘sign on your left , turn left in approximately 800 yards into Smokey Lane. If you arrive at the New Inn pub, you have gone too far.

From Junction 7 of M5 motorway (11 miles ) :

Take the B4084 towards Pershore, stay on this road until you come into the Cropthorne village area .

Do not go into the village centre stay on the B4084 , you will see the New Inn pub on your left , Smokey Lane is next turn on your right.

From junction 6 of M5 motorway:

Take the A453  towards Evesham , then the B4084 towards Pershore. Travel through Pershore for approximately 3 miles .Do not go into the village centre , continue on the B4084 , you will see the New Inn pub on your left , Smokey Lane is next on your right.

Travelling by Train:

Evesham is the best station to arrive/depart from . It has a taxi rank outside and is only 3 miles from Cropvale Farm.
