Terms and Conditions
Deposit Payment of Balance.
A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking, the balance being due one month prior to your arrival date.
If you have to cancel your booking, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If successful, the deposit less £10 for each weeks booking will be refunded. If unsuccessful the deposit will be retained.
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason you will be refunded the full amount paid at that date.
The hiring contract is made on the understanding that the property will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event the property is not available through events arising out of control of the owners, (e.g. flood, fire, weather damage, theft, criminal damage, drought or interruption of utility etc) then the owners will advise the hirer of such circumstances as early as possible and will refund all monies paid in full – the hirer will have no further claim against the owners.
Number of Occupants.
The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the number agreed at time of booking.
Dairy and Parlour: 2 adults in each property. Sorry, no infants or children.
Cropvale Lodge: 4 Guests , children welcome
The hirer is responsible for the accommodation and its contents and undertakes to take all reasonable care of it and to leave it in the same condition as found. Any breakages or damage should be reported and the owners reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
Accidents, Injury and Personal Property.
The owners shall have no liability for the death or personal injury to you or to any member of your party. Baggage and personal belongings are at hirers risk at all times. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of hirer’s vehicles and contents.
The accommodation is non-smoking – please do not smoke inside or around the farm.Please smoke in the garden.
Sorry, no pets are accepted.
